Double Chocolate Chip Banana Popsicles (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free)
Personally, these are the best popsicles or frozen dessert that I’ve made so far. I think I’ll be making these more often. Next time, I’ll use the recipe with an ice cream maker and see if the texture would become more like ice-cream. I got the chocolate chips from Be Free Foods and the Vanilla extract from Live Green.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2/3 cup of melted Enjoy Life Semi-sweet Chocolate Mini Chips
Pinch of salt

Method
- Add banana in small pieces, almond milk, vanilla extract and salt to a blender.
- Puree/Blend until smooth
- Melt the chocolate chips in a cup in the microwave for 2 mins or until soft.
- Add melted chocolate to the banana mix and Blend.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds/container.
- Sprinkle some enjoy life chocolate chips into the molds and mix it in.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours.
